We work closely with multinational corporations to coordinate their corporate venture activities and to identify and structure new investments, applying our GTA and K-SCM disciplines.

TTC-RMA VENTURE PARTNERS, LLC

An investment vehicle jointly owned and managed with Toyota Tsusho (Toyota Group's trading arm). Early-stage direct investment focus includes industrial/clean technology sectors and selected healthcare opportunities. Representative investments include Diversified Natural Products, Inc. (DNP), a Lansing, Michigan based hybrid industrial biotech / functional foods company, and InterCure, a U.S.-Israeli company developing devices to reduce hypertension.

FAMILY OFFICES

We work closely with family offices to design direct investment and asset allocation programs in venture capital and private equity, focusing on the investment themes and sectors that reflect the family's values and strategic priorities.

Our roles include assistance in defining the strategy, screening for candidates, structuring the investment transaction, and providing follow up monitoring and support to the portfolio investments. Due to our firm's unique longevity and continuity of management, we build these programs to last, and work with the family office on a long term basis to achieve their goals.

RMA CAPITAL PARTNERS

RMA Capital Partners LLC (RMA-CP) invests capital of members of our organization in special situations, including private placements, bridge financings and private equity funds.
